*The Class timing for all the semesters are different.
* The money gathered from the penalty that the students pay for their misconduct will be used as additional sums for different events.
*The students should strictly adhere to the Rules and Regulations of the College.

i) Class Timing: 7:50 am sharp. - No entry to the College Campus exceeding the time limit.

ii) Students are not allowed to enter the classroom in between the lecture.

iii) Students are strictly prohibited to use cell phone in the classroom or during practical classes. The cell phones should be switched off during class hours. If found using the phone after 3 warnings, the property will be seized by the management. It will only be returned back after an apology letter from the parent regarding their ward's conduct. The student will also be charged Rs 50/-penalty. * In case of an emergency the parents can make a call at the office which the students will be notified of.

v) Students must be groomed. Girls should tie their hair in a bow and not let it loose, short nails, no ear rings, bangles, heavy make-up, the dress should be neatly pressed and polished shoes. Boys should be clean shaved, short hair, the dress should be neatly pressed and polished shoes. Except for events like parties and picnics, the students should be in uniform. In case a student does not come to College in proper uniform s/he will not be let into the premises.

vi) Speaking Nepali is strictly prohibited except for exceptional circumstances. Violating this rule the student will be charged of Rs 50/-on the spot.

vii) Students should write a leave application for the absence beforehand. Absence without prior notice will be liable to Rs.50/- penalty. In case of absence without notice, the parents will be informed.

viii) All the teachers will take the attendance of the students which will be verified at the end of each month during the staff meeting. Students bunking the classes will be at the risk of being suspended or expelled from the College.

ix) Practical Classes will begin from the third week.

x) Students will be sent for casuals/temporary jobs in different hotels.

xii) Junior should address their seniors with respect. Any kind of ragging or teasing will be dealt with strict punishment.
