2. Interview
First Round: The short-listed candidates are called for the first round of interviews. This round is very general, and is conducted to test the candidate's temperament, personality, communication skills and analytical abilities.
Second Round: The second round of interviews would be conducted with the Department Heads, which would be functional in nature. This would be the final deciding session. The short listed candidates would be presented with offers to join IATA Hospitality Management.
